How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the homepage. Once submitted, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your account and you're all set!

How long does it take to get going with an analysis?

We're currently in beta and are extending a limited number of free bikefit analysis to new users. We'll be in touch via email once it's your turn (usually within 24 hours).

What tools do I need to have to get started?

You'll need a computer/phone and access to the camera. You will also need to share video files with us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers. We use a trusted third party to process payments and we don't store any payment information on our servers.

How can I cancel my subscription?

For now, a simple bikefit does not require a paid subscription. To delete your account, please contact us at hi@newcycling.fit, simply email us your email address at hi@newcycling.fit and we'll delete your data.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take data security very seriously. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security protocols and we never share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.
